All products sold or offered by Girardi Farms, including produce, eggs, and other farm goods, are provided “as is.” Availability may change based on season, weather, and other agricultural conditions. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of product availability, quality, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Candles and Fire-Safety Notice
Any candles or candle products offered by Girardi Farms are intended for responsible use only. Candles must never be left unattended while burning, and should always be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials, drafts, children, and pets. Users are responsible for trimming wicks, monitoring burn times, and following all general candle-safety practices. Girardi Farms makes no guarantees regarding burn time, performance, scent strength, or suitability for any particular purpose. By purchasing or using our candles, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to fire, property damage, or injury. Girardi Farms is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow proper safety precautions.

Shipping, & Return Policy. 

Shipping Policy:

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

Local Delivery:

We offer local delivery within a limited radius from our location. Delivery fees are based on distance and are calculated according to the mileage tiers below:

  • 0–10 miles: $5

  • 10-20miles: $10

  • Over 20 miles: Please contact us for a delivery quote

Free local delivery is available on all orders over $40 within our delivery area.

Delivery distance is calculated from our location. Delivery fees are non-refundable and apply unless the order qualifies for free delivery.

If you have any questions about local delivery or are unsure if your address qualifies, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Shipping:

We offer shipping within the United States, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the total weight of the order. Please note that we are unable to ship local produce, eggs, or flowers; these items are available for local delivery only.

Returns:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your product, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or other appropriate solution.

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please reach out to us directly within 24hrs.
